In Rutshuru, North Kivu, an entire generation of orphaned children is at risk. War, displacement and the collapse of basic services have left thousands of children without parents, without shelter, and without anyone fighting for them.
The Congolese NGO CCV-RDC is raising the alarm — and they are on the ground every day delivering food, medical care, and protection to the most vulnerable. Their warning was published by Nouveau Média and it deserves to be read by everyone:
